Fill the inside with ice.

Place the dripper above, we put the ground coffee (18gr) in the (wet) filter and zero the counter of the scale. Put the ground coffee into the filter.

Wet coffee measuring 50gr of water … and we finish emptying the remaining water in a circular motion until the scales show weight of 280gr.
